In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, and you wish to exchange your product, here is what you need to know.


No refunds
exchange only* 5 days from the day you receive the product.


*Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict "no refund/exchange" policy on used and opened products. No exceptions will be made. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.


*The exchange will be only for unworn hair extensions with tag and sticker attached to the hair
extensions.


*Before you ship to exchange your hair extensions you will need to contact customer service and send them a picture that proves that the item was unworn new with all the tags attached.


Just after we make sure the hair is unworn we will approve the exchange.


*Receipt / Proof of Purchase is required for exchange.


*However, all purchases made with a coupon code are final sale.


* All items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged


*Only items purchased directly from the Beauty and the beasty site will be exchange


*Shipping fees are not refundable.


*Beauty and the beasty does not provide return / exchange labels.


*all custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned


To avoid any exchange please contact us before the purchase or after the purchase, before we
ship the item so we can give you a free consultation about your purchase.

Q: How do I exchange an item?
To begin the process, please send pictures of the product you want to exchange And what you
want to exchange it for.


Q: How long will it take to process my exchange ?
When we receive the item you would like to exchange we will ship you the new item that you
want to exchange it for.

Shipping and handling
The product that ready to ship we will ship up to 3 business days.


The product that not ready to ship will take 7-15 business days to ship.


The handmade product that not ready to ship will take 10-25 business days to ship.


The product that we custom for you will take 7-15 business days to ship.


The handmade product we custom made will take 10-25 business days to ship.


*While most orders ship on-time, your order could experience shipping and/or fulfillment delays due to various reasons beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.


*If the product you order it’s out of stock, and we don’t have an option to make one for you, we will cancel the order and we will refund the full amount back to your card.


*If the custom product you order and pay ahead in the custom yourself option it’s not available and not possible to custom for any reason we will refund the full amount back to your card.
